Yes, every product in our collection is certified organic by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) and USDA Organic. We work exclusively with farms that follow strict organic practices — no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or GMOs. Each batch is third-party tested for purity.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Our washi paper packaging is designed to preserve freshness for up to 12 months. For matcha, we recommend refrigeration after opening and consuming within 2 months for optimal flavor.

Absolutely. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Changes made before the 15th of each month will apply to your next shipment. There are no cancellation fees — we believe in earning your loyalty, not locking it in.

We currently ship to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, the United States, Canada, and most European countries. Shipping is free for subscription orders over ¥3,000 within Japan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
